This lighting uses the "openwork layering" technique, in which the stacking angles are made extremely shallow. The delicate lace-like texture softly diffuses the light source and creates a unique transparency. The thick drum-like shape of the body is characteristic, shading and reducing glare at eye level and distributing the light softly through the weave in the vertical direction. This model is a table light type that is just the right size for bedside or desk use. It has an intermediate switch for on/off in the middle of the cord.
